ECA developed a comprehensive masterplan for a substantial 500-hectare site located southeast of central Mecca, Saudi Arabia. Designed to address the growing housing demands of the city, the masterplan aims to significantly raise the standard of accommodation and provide a high-quality, permanent alternative to existing makeshift settlements.
The extensive scheme is strategically divided into 17 phases to ensure sustainable urban growth and seamless integration into the surrounding context. Phase 1 establishes the foundation of the development, comprising 126 carefully organized plots. This initial phase focuses on delivering modern G+6 and G+11 residential facilities, creating a robust framework for a thriving, well-planned urban community.
