To justify the project, we had to demonstrate several considerations:

Development Plan Considerations. We demonstrated how it was sustainable, would help with employment, contributed to community facilities, was suitable design and was in line with the Borough’s housing policy. 

Planning Considerations including land use, affordable housing and residential amenity. 

Design considerations. We justified how the design was suitable for the area and worked with the architects to ensure this along the design process. 

Access Considerations including transport, parking and cycling

Other considerations including noise, waste, sewage and flooding.
